On January 31, 2005, an Order of Liquidation was entered against CWIC. Currently, CWIC is in the process of liquidation. The Liquidation Court has established a Claim Bar Deadline of September 30, 2005, by which date any and all claims against CWIC must be filed with the Liquidator.
