On January 31, 2005, at the request of the Colorado Commissioner of Insurance, CWIC was placed into liquidation by order of the District Court for the City and County of Denver ("Liquidation Court"). Click here for a copy of the Order of Liquidation. Brian J. Spano and Franklin D. O'Loughlin were appointed to serve as CoLiquidators of CWIC. By order of the Liquidation Court, any and all claims against CWIC must be filed with the Liquidator on or before September 30, 2005, the Claim Bar Deadline.
